I found this drink that claims to boost your metabolism and is 0 calories recipe as follows:
1 apple, 1 stick of cinnamon, pitcher of water.
Fill any size pitcher with water (any size works)
Thinly slice one apple and add to pitcher
add 1 cinnamon stick
Refill 3-4 times with water
Going to try this and see how it works/taste

Well, it sounds like a yummy way to get get water with 0 calories and no artificial sweeteners (I'm not against those, but in moderation, not all my water intake).
But boost metabolism? No.0 -

Flavoured water is lovely. It's not going to boost your metabolism though.
You can do the same with just about any fruit or veg you want. I tend to put fresh lemon and cucumber into a jug and leave it overnight. It's very refreshing.0 -
