Back again to jump on this weight loss wagon.

I just had a baby less than 6 months ago and I am currently 5'2 weighing 204 pounds at the age of 21. Ever since my son was born that number had just gone up. I was 230 at the end of my pregnancy. 190 right after I had him. And now 204.

Id love to have people befriend me so we can support each other. I have long term goals to get to a healthy weight. But my short term goal is to just get to my pre pregnancy Wright (170).

I'm just doing cardio circuits right now. And I'm at eating healthy. So any tips. Tricks. Words of encouragement would be lovely.
