Long Time Lurker..First Time Poster.. Back on Track Time!

Long time lurker...first time poster

I was doing so well and got off track last fall-- I am still 32lbs lighter than I was though! So, at least we are recognizing it before we gain it all back and then some, which is my previous M.O., right?? (RIGHT! I'll tell myself that lol)

So-- stop beating yourself up! We are here TODAY and that's what counts. MFP helps my accountability SO much. That is when I got off track-

I started skipping tracking everything and anything I consumed.
Then I missed a day or two...no big deal right??
Then the exercise wasn't as big of a priority either...
and it snowballed from there.

My road ahead is VERY long, I need to lose half of me :) But-- it's a road that is so worth it so put on your favorite sneakers and come along ok? I definitely need people that understand!

I'm right here with you! I too have a very long road but I figured I might as well get started. Each pound loss is a success. So here's so celebrating many successes this year!

Thank You! It's one of those things, you know there are people out there in the same boat.... but we are all rowing alone- sure helps to have companions!

Long time lurker. Haha. I like that! Anyway, September was my 3rd time back on MFP after lots of "Oh, one day not logging is no big deal." // "I'll just eat one more piece of ___." // "I'll start Monday." You're totally right, there are a lot in the same boat. Way to go on being 32 lbs lighter and here's to another 32 lbs and more! :)
