Headache

I have a question. Do you have any idea why I always get a headache after a workout. Is it possible that I drink too much water because I never drank so much.

Do you get headaches for other reasons? I suffered with migraines for 14 yrs, and did not exercise at all because it was one of my biggest triggers... I couldn't even run around with my kids because I'd end up in bed. Walking up the stairs with a laundry basket gave me a headache and made me dizzy enough to almost fall down many, many times. At that time, I had super low blood pressure, which is what caused the dizziness (although not the headaches).
Are you eating well? I'd say if you're eating well, don't have low BP, and are otherwise relatively headache-free, you might want to see a doctor about it, just to be safe.
EDIT: Also, how much water are you drinking? Are you drinking it all at once? Drinking too much water is really hard to do, so I doubt it's that unless you're drinking it all at once, really fast.0
