hi all , im a 47year old male from from central Scotland, starting healthy eating yet again , as I am now hitting 18st and aim to get to 13 1/2st by the end of the year , just looking for people in a similar situation , so we can all help and encourage each to get where we want to be in life , anyone feel free to add me as a friend

    Scottish by descent, but American. I'm 43 and female and hit the gym every day. I eat very healthy (usually) and have fav way to get my fruits and veggies is with my new blender. :) I've been having the best time making the craziest concoctions!

    I'm a long time MFP user, but only recently came into the forums. Am looking for friends for mutual support. If that works for you from the other side of the world (I live in Southern California), then add me! :)
