Questions!

Hey,
So just ahead sorry if this is in the wrong category! But I just had a few questions.
1) How often do you weigh yourself?
2) Best time to weigh yourself?
3) Do you do progress pics? (If so, insert them here! :) )
4)Do you take measurements?
5) What are some if your fav low cal foods??
6) About how often do you eat?
Just trying to fine tune what I'm doing, and hopefully see better results! (: Thanks!

    1) every day at first, now when I know I'm in a losing weight streak (so 3 days into my period and another week after that. After I just gain water weight anyway)
    2) in the morning when you wake up after using the bathroom
    3) not really
    4) no, but I can see when clothes are getting looser. Frankly I just fail at taking measurements properly.
    5) my favorite foods are typically not the lower calorie ones.
    6) it doesn't matter, whatever works for you in the long run. I eat anywhere from 3 to 7 times a day.

    1) How often do you weigh yourself? Everyday, so that I can not only track loss, but my fluctuations
    2) Best time to weigh yourself? First thing in the morning, after going to the bathroom.
    3) Do you do progress pics? I take progress pics every 30ish days
4)Do you take measurements? Yes, about every 2 weeks
    5) What are some if your fav low cal foods?? Chicken & greek yogurt, but I haven't restricted anything from my diet. If there's something I want, I work it into my goal
    6) About how often do you eat? 3 meals a day, and then usually an afternoon snack, and a dessert after dinner (like ice cream). If I have extra calories from exercising, I'll add in more snacks or eat more caloric dense foods for lunch and/or dinner.

    1) Weekly
    2) Doesn't really matter as long as it's at the same time each day. Usually right away in the morning will be your lowest weight.
    3) No, but I like looking at other peoples!
    4) No, because I didn't think of it when I started. So I don't have beginning measurements.
    5) 100 calorie greek yogurt with fresh berries and a little (1/4 c or less) granola, hummus and veggies, handful of nuts, grilled fish, homemade veggie soup, roasted veggies, string cheese, oatmeal, piece of fruit, popcorn.
    6) I usually eat three meals and 3 snacks a day.
