So last night lets just say i had 7 beers max and i barely went over my calorie goal. today was supposed to be my rest day but can i lift some weights and maybe throw in some cardio to help work off those beers i had? i probably wont be drinking again anytime soon as well due to how guilty i feel lol. basically what im asking is how much did those 7 beers set me back?

If you barely went over your calorie goal, that's how much they set you back. It's just math.

Depends on what kind of beers they were. Light beers are only about 110 calories whereas the darker beers can be over 200 calories a piece. It's not a huge setback unless you don't workout, keep drinking and scarf down hot wings lol.

Here where I stay in South Africa....about 20 bucks.
  • It's a myth that darker beers automatically have more calories. Per 12 oz, Guinness has about 125 cals, Budweiser rocks out 145. If you hit your calorie goals, don't worry about it (although it's pretty tough to hit your macros with all those carbs, probably) -- just go for quality over quantity next time, lol! :D
