Marathon.

Hi All,
I am getting my good life membership tomorrow and plan on doing mostly classes, they offer some really good ones, like Zumba, Sh'Bam, Body Flow, and Body Step. They all seem like great, fun workouts, so that is how I plan on getting my exercise 5 times a week, but I am planning on doing a 5K colour run in June and am wondering if class workouts will be enough, or if I will have to do other cardio-like things like treadmill, bikes, etc?
This is going to be a long, hard journey for me, but I plan on being a better, healthier me in 2014.
