Hi,
I had a great success with MFP early in 2012/13 and lost 80lb by last spring. I was a 30" waist and 38 chest and felt great. However, for reasons I won't go into, things went wrong and I regained 60lbs. I'm now back on MFP with a resolve to make up the lost ground. Just thought I'd put a shout out to others who are in a similar situation and are looking to lose then maintain?
Chris

I'm on my first go-round but I still have 70+ lbs to lose. Sent a friend request if you're interested. I log every day and interact as much as possible with friends.0
