Counting Water

I'm trying to figure out how to record my water intake on here. It's easy when I'm drinking out of my cup - I'm counting that as 1 since it's at least 8 oz. What I'm trying to figure out is my water bottle (BPA-free, don't worry!) that's 32 oz. Do I count that as 1 or 4 or what?

32 oz... you count that as 4. Since it is equivalent to 4 (8oz ) glasses of water.

I would say 4. I use a 24 oz tumbler (w/lid and straw) and have small magnets on the fridge door at home just above the water dispenser. I slide a magnet to the left when I fill up. I know I need to fill it 4-5 times per day. Away from home I use a rubber band around the tumbler, move it from the top to the bottom.

Thanks! It made sense to count 32oz as 4 since most water counters go on 8oz per "serving". I just wanted to make sure I wasn't cheating!

I have a hospital mug that goes to 30 oz, but you can fill it past, so it's at least 34 ounces. I count it as 4, and try to drink 3 fillings a day.
