Didn't train legs for a week

ive been weight training for over a month now and my fitness goal is to build glutes. for the past week, i was set back by early closing hours at the gym due to new years coupled with having to work the days that the gym closed early. and with new years, i'd made plans to go out with friends in the past couple days to celebrate. i was also experiencing a lot of stomach cramps (on/off) for the past week including today, so i didn't end up going. need to go to the doctors to get it checked out.

the last time i did legs was last sunday and i only went to the gym once since then for arms.

have i lost any muscle within this time, or will i be fine when i go back to train legs tomorrow?
