Good Day,
Day one weight 145 day two 146. I have many bloating issues. Measurements 23 thighs, 23 left thigh, waist 33.25 neck 12.25
Goal 135 and maintaining
Would like to loose and keep 5 pounds off the entire month. Lets work together!! Love motivation. Love to give motivation. One month under my bely not much weight loss but measurements are dropping. Not mentally ready to post pictures. Good luck everyone!!!0 -

great to hear everyone is motivated with this challenge...we can do this...1 month=4 weeks at a time...mini goals, step by step
last night i was so tempted to eat love's white mini donuts with milk......so i ate 1/2 a grapefruit instead then went to bed before i end up eating the donuts. lol
sweets/chocolate is my weakness...
i took pictures but not sure if i wanna upload them, lol.....
i made a file for my before pic so we'll see....
alright, today is a new day!! eat better & not go over!! or burn more calories...0 -
ate so poorly yesterday for lunch! was out doing errands then met husband for lunch & we ate thai food. i had a plate lunch which has 2 scoops white rice, 1 serving of 5 spice chicken, and a serving of pumpkin squash with chicken. it was delicious. however i only ate half of it at 12:30 and then ate the other half at 3:30....
to top it off, there is no calories count in the database...so i just estimate that i went over...
i'm always eating way more for my protein, is anyone else having that problem...if i dont have enough protein, i tend to get hungrier!0 -
I'm going over on carbs, mainly because it's easier to weight dry food like pasta, than it is to weight meat. So I'm eating things like wholemeal pitta bread and lots of cereal...
Bad I know...maybe when I go back to uni, I'll start eating healthier0 -

I don't think I'll be measuring myself every week, perhaps every fortnight, or at the end of the month0 -
I was just sitting down thinking, if i lose 1.5 lbs/week, that's 6 lbs in a month.
Now if I keep this up & lose 6 lbs/month, I would lose 18 lbs before Christmas.
That means i will happily be at 145.
I not only want to lose weight, but gain lean muscles.

OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too
i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does0 -

i'm now up to date on my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program
even though i have all 3 dvds to the program i use the ON DEMAND section on cable....they have all 3....at least level 1 of the 30 day shred...not sure of level 2...i dont want to think that far ahead...lol...instead of having to pop in dvds everytime i just turn on the tv and go to ON DEMAND and go to jillian michaels...i have not been using the weights for the simple fact i dont have the weights yet...not for another 2 weeks when i get paid again..i just got paid yesterday but i have bills to pay...lol...but here in a day or two im getting 2 - 20 oz water bottles and use those as hand weights0
