hi everyone, i'm ariel. i've been responding to some posts but never introduced myself so here i am.
i am 26 and i live in southeastern north carolina. i am married and have a 6 year old son. i am in college and i graduate this may, i'm majoring in early childhood education. i currently work as a teacher at a childcare center.
i have about 13 pounds to lose. right now i am 143. my highest was 168 and ever since then i would lose a few pounds and then put some back on. i am a terrible yoyo dieter. food is my weakness, i love candy. i usually cave when it comes to candy. now i want to learn how to resist. i figure that if i buy healthy foods, i'll eat healthy foods right?
food is the hard part. exercising isn't so bad. i used to hate it but now that i have a heart rate monitor it's kinda fun to see exactly how many calories i burn each time i work out. i really like HIIT and tabata. i love the feeling i get after i work out.
feel free to add me as a friend!
