Hi my name is Kristy and I've used MFP in the past but obviously never stuck with it. I've also tried various other ideas and never stuck with them either. I'm determined and set on making this my final time and sticking to a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes I just overwhelm myself with too many different things at once...trying to figure out what apps to use, what fitness plans to follow, what diet plans, what exercise routines, etc. I'm trying to for once take it day by day and make small changes. Step 1 is to add in some exercise and to track my eating. To make matters more complicated is that I have diabetes so my main goal is to get it controlled. But I also need to lose weight. I would love to drop about 70pounds. So here goes nothing...tomorrow starts Day 1 of being back on MFP full time!
Any suggestions, advice, etc is greatly appreciated. I have realized that I love reading others stories and learning how they have completed their goals...very encouraging.
