First 10 days

Did any of u loose weight your first ten days. I average running 1.5 miles per day which I just started. Also I eat back my calories. I have completely cut out soda and drink on average 10 cups of water a day I not more.

    Weight tends to bounce around for the first few weeks... give it a month and you will notice the difference
  • i seem to lose 6-9 lb the first week i start then it slows down.

    I always have good numbers the first week then it steadily creeps down :)

    Water weight comes off at first so you might see a bigger number at first but that's not necessary actual pounds of fat, so keep that in mind.

    Lost about 7 pounds first ten days probably water weight but I definitely didn't complain it :)
