Hi everyone,

I've been using MyFitnessPal on and off for a few years now, but have never really introduced myself or got involved on here. I figured I should say hello!

I'm planning on making a more concerted effort to get logging. I lost 8kg between April and Christmas last year (although I'm carrying a bit of turkey weight from the holidays!).

The aim is to carry on losing weight and get down to my target.
