Hi! 40 something looking to lose 10-15 lbs

Hi, i am a 47 year old athlete looking to lose 10ish lbs...i thought that MFP would keep my macro's/calories on track and keep me honest :) I have been competing in fighting sports for about 15 years, competed as a figure athlete and rowed at the collegiate and international level. Despite my athletic background, it is still a struggle day in and day out to eat clean...the more you work out the hungrier you get ! I actually know a person who trained for a marathon and gained weight! I guess it really goes to show that too many snickers bars will put pounds on even the ultra fit. Anyway, add me and we can help each other stay on track!
