Share what you ate to give each other ideas for meals!

- Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp brown sugar, a banana cut up on top (266 calories total)
- Lunch: Tuna Melt: 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of cheese, 1/2 tbsp light mayo, tuna, green onion chopped up in it and 1 serving of potato chips (631 calories total)
- Dinner: Mustard and Brown Sugar Rubbed Salmon, Potato-Peanut Cakes (with corn in them), & a salad with raspberries in it (635 calories total)

    Breakfast: Instant oatmeal package (banana nut bread) added cashews (was my first time trying it and it was yummy)
    cheese stick - 370 cal

    Lunch: Syntha 6 protein shake w/ 1% milk instead of water - 310 cals

    Dinner: Baked Chicken (7.2oz) 1/2 of white rice, 1/3 cup of colby cheese on top - 477cals


    *had a craving for salt and chocolate so for a after dinner snack mixed 1/4 cup of cashews w/ 28 plain m&m's = 280 cals If I had added the whole bag it would had been 400cals!!

    Breakfast... I slept through that. (Had a really rough day yesterday, worried about my daughter's asthma attack.)
    Snacks... Nature Valley sweet & salty nut granola bar. One peanut & one almond. I like the peanut better. :) I also had about 3/4 cup of boiled salted peanuts. And a few m&m's.
    Lunch... 5 Tyson chicken nuggets, baked.
    Dinner... Chicken stir-fry made with Tyson grilled & ready diced chicken, sugar snap peas, California vegi mix (carrots, broccoli, & cauliflour) skillet fried in olive oil... served with 1/2 cup of brown rice.

    Dinner was the BEST! It was almost Chinese, but without the soy sauce and terryaki sauce. :D

    Minute Maid - Orange Juice - Low Acid, 16 fl oz (240 mL)

    Chicken Breast - Boiled, 2oz,
    Lettuce - Iceberg, 1 cup
    Dole - Spring Mix Salad (Bagged), 0.75 ounces
    Newman's Own Creamy Ceasar Dressing - Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Seeds - Sunflower seed kernels, dry roasted, without salt, 0.25 cup, hulled
    Grimmway Farms - Match Stick Carrots, 0.75 oz
    Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozarella - All Natural Cheese - Ovolini (4oz "Egg Size", 1 oz (28g)

    This is a great idea....

    I had 2 eggs,Grapefruit juice Diet ,One peace of toast for a total of 371 calories
    For lunch I had Roasted Chicken for a total of 231 calories
    For Dinner I had Chex cereal and a grapefruit for a total of 240 calories
    Plus I had two Pop Ice sugarfree pops and one more glass of grapefruit juice for a total of 90 calories
    Over all today I did pretty good...

    breakfast== multi grain cheerios, dannon blueberry yogurt, & 2 cups of coffee with hazelnut creamer
    lunch== sweet & sour chicken over rice, 1 egg roll, & 12 oz of diet pepsi.
    dinner== sloppy joe on wheat bread ( 2 slices )
    snack === lite beer & 12 cheetoes

  • bf - 1 weetabix with 2 slices of fresh pineapple and muller light yogurt

    lunch - big bowl of baby leaf salad with cherry tomatoes and celery hearts (1 tbs olive oil) and mushroom burger

    dinner - small oven baked rainbow trout with boiled new potatoes and broccoli

    snacks - 1 peach, 0.5 banana, 2 snack a jack (bbq & choc), 2 coffee with sk-milk.

    total kcl value for the day: 1135

    - Lunch: Tuna Melt: 1/4 of the huge Safeway sub sandwiches (~544 calories)
    - Dinner: Jalapeno Sloppy Joe (modified from a Cooking Light recipe), cole slaw, Corn with Cilantro-Lime Butter (554 calories)
    - Snacks: Pure Fruit Pomegranate Popsicle (40 calories)
