Outstanding Morning Protien Option

With my spouse being pregnant, she has added a lot to our already formidable knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking. One thing her midwife recommends is drinking one cup (8.0oz) of Keifer each day. Keifer is preferred over yogurt due to the increased probiotics. Anyway, I put my own spin on it and found a fantastic, quick, and protein packed way to start my day. Hopefully this will work for other "on the go" types in the morning.
12oz Lifeway Raspberry (or your flavor of choice) Keifer
1 Scoop Max Muscle Chocolate MaxPro Potein Powder
Nutrition Stats: 350 Calories, 32g Carbs, 4g Fats, 47g Protein
The Raspberry keifer tastes a lot like yogurt, but it has a more active cultures than yogurt and has less sugars than many types of yogurt. I've also used plain keifer with the protein powder, but I much prefer a fruit flavor. The chocolate-raspberry combination is a home run for my taste buds. Also, because of the massive protein content, I can be quite satisfied for a while in the morning.
I mention the brands above since I can't be 100% sure that other options will taste the same. Lifeway was recommended by our Midwife, and I've found that MaxMuscle (while more than generic GNC brands) is exceptionally high quality in terms of content and especially taste.
Finally, if you're "on the go," just mix in a shaker bottle and go. I drink mine on the short drive to the Metro each morning.
