Just started a 3 month "Biggest Loser" contest at work. $50 entry fee, so there is some good motivation.
I went on a serious diet/exercise program 2 years ago (1,500 calories a day, running 16 miles per week) and got down to 208 pounds....got lazy and today I weighed in at 247!

Here is to dropping some pounds!

Good luck everyone (except those who I'm competing against in the contest...You all deserve a reward, go eat some cake)
