Happy New Year to all,
I started MFP a year ago by sep I had reached my goal of 80kg but since sep ive started doing more weights then cardio and have gained 8kg but i dont feel that ive gained that much weight, so do you think its more muscle then fat?
and what should I do to get back down to 82-84kg

If you are lifting weights, then it is almost certainly muscle gain. Are you still logging your food each day? Remember how much you need to eat to put on fat. Are you eating that much? And congrats on reaching your goal!!! I hope to be able to say the same by next year.0

How do your clothes fit? How do you feel? It's about more than a number on a scale/chart. Ask a friend who will be honest if they think you should try to lose a few pounds. Ask a couple of friends. Tell them what you told us.0
