goal

I've just joined and have set my first target to lose 20 lbs. (I need to lose another 20) at a goal of 1 lb. per week.

I'm in 60's, retired and work about the house (doing a big clear-out, at the moment) but, apart from shopping, don't do much exercise - especially in bad weather.

The calories set, for me, are 1200 which is going to be very difficult to maintain. I don't eat meat, apart from fish twice a week.
