Hi, everyone. I've been lurking for several days and decided to say hi. I'm new to the site and loving the resource. I love seeing how much weight I could lose in 5 weeks if I eat like I did today. That is a real motivator!
My family has been planning a trip to Disney for 2 years, and we are finally going in December. I'd like to be able to walk around without having to stop to catch my breath all the time. My goal is to lose 25 pounds by mid Dec. I have more to lose, but I'll just start there. It less overwhelming to look at a smaller goal.

Hi KdKc, The site has a lot of great tools for tracking food and exercise, bet you'll enjoy them and Have fun at Disney, went there years ago still remember the small world part lol.0
