Hi!
I was on this site for a bit, and forgot all my information, so I'm starting anew.
I'm a 22 year old online college student/stay at home wife. We've eaten pretty well for about a year now, sometimes better than others. We're always aware of what we're eating, let's put it at that. We've struggled with exercising though. My husband ran track and cross country in high school, and I was lazy. I was the girl who weigh 90 pounds no matter what. Since high school, he's lost muscle and gained some flab. I've gained about 25 pounds (which I know is still small) but I'm not even close to being in shape.
So we're back to tracking our meals, so we can force ourselves to make the best, most nutritious decisions we can. We're also giving Daily Burn a try, and we may subscribe if our first month goes well.
So I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. Also, good luck to all of you!!
