hey!

I was once in the middle of hockey season and in shape... now I am slowly going down hill.. I am getting on a scale tomorrow and I am afraid that I will be 220+... so today I start to eat in moderation and cutting out certain aspects.

  • I started with Myfitnesspal in June of 2012 and had lost 50 pounds before Christmas. Since then I've gained some back, not sure how much because my scale is weird but I think maybe as much as 10 pounds. Now I'm starving all the time trying to get back down to 1200 calories a day. Any suggestions would be wonderful. I can't work out right now so that doesn't help either.
