    My favorite tip is to eat 6 mini meals a day and do 3 mini workouts. For some reason I've lost weight better this way than when I used to spend 2 hours a day at the gym...and it's easier, too. Good luck on your quest for a healthier life:flowerforyou:

    a good diet, one that you like............... :huh: must inportant, good exercise, something that you like,i like cardio and weights together like the frim the old ones or a stair step with weights or a good abs work out i do alot of dvd exercise the reason being is it makes me feel i am exercising with some one and i don't quit early like i would if i did tham on my own or went to the gym by myself
  • Small changes to start...that you want notice. If you go really drastic you want like the changes..

    My mini workouts are pretty simple, on days I work I walk 10 mins to the bus stop, 20 mins up the hills to work, 25-35 mins during my lunch hour(includes stairs), then 15 mins down the hill and 10 mins back home-pretty easy, I lost 60 pounds before doing this.
    On my days off, I walk with my hubbie 30 mins, ride my exercise bike 30 mins, do strength moves 15-30 mins, or do gentle yoga 30-60 mins as time allows. If the weather is really lousy, I ride my bike more or do a fitness dvd instead.
