I've been on MFP on and off for a while now, but have never had much success with actually sticking to the website and holding myself accountable.

    I am with ya! Seems like a constant battle between trying to eat right and exercising....and my desire to eat junk :-) My first time on this site and not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Greetings from Kentucky!
