How to track certain exercises?

I am doing Shaun T hip hop abs and T25...are any of you doing these and If so how do u track them because I cannot find them when I search for those specific exercises.

    You can't find specific exercise videos here. For a calorie burn (estimate) in MFP, log exercise under the cardiovascular category. Many estimates are generous. A heart rate monitor would help with steady state cardio activities.

    Cardiovascular - general aerobics (low impact, etc)

    Cardiovascular - circuit training (this is a combination of cardio+weights)

    Cardiovascular - stength training
