my whole take on the thing is just to get close to 1 gram of protein per lbs of body weight. don't much care where the rest of the calories come from as long as i come in at or under my calorie goal.
if you want to eat health, food choices matter more. if its just about losing weight, there really isn't any bad food for you.0 -
Thank you guys so much! I entered my information to IIFYM.com in the calculator and wasnt sure if it was right or not.. just seemed weird. 102g of carbs a day and 1626 cal a day! crazy to me!0
