Happy New Year everybody. I been here on and off also like many people. I have come to realize I have to track, no matter what others say about eating healthy. I basically do paleo and eat extremely healthy and am a very active cyclist, but I tend to over eat after long 75mile + bike rides. You'd think I would be ripped doing that, but I have not able to get under 200.
I am back going to the gym and cross training with spin class, and tons of swimming. I feel really like this is going to work well with me. Not riding as much also, which is better for appetite control and avoiding injury. Last time I did the gym a lot i got down to 168, but I was in my twenties. I just want a measily 185! For me now, though, I got to focus on a pound at a time. I don't do well if i set lofty goals it seems.
I am tracking religiously now though. I am committed to tracking.
