Turkey, mushroom, and lentil soup:
1 tbs. Olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
1 clove garlic
3 oz. Baby bella mushrooms
1 quart water
1/2 c. Lentils
2 tbs. Dry parsley
Soooo good. Makes 2 large servings at about 200 calories each.
Can easily be made with chicken or ham instead of turkey.0 -

The only thing I changed was I used a couple tablespoons of coconut oil instead of the butter and chicken broth instead of veggie because that's all I had. Definitely add the yogurt when serving.0
