My name is Tamara and I'm 23. So I joined last year but never stuck with it. I found that counting calories became a hassle and now I realize that it's the only way I can jumpstart this weight loss the healthy way and with better hopes of making this easier in the long run. I have over 100 pounds to lose but for the sake of my mental health, I'm making my goals in small increments.

I'm very active, no I don't go to a gym but living in Colorado is great because I can workout while having fun. I picked up a love of hiking and I even climbed my first 14er on Labor Day where I weighed probably a little under where I'm at now. Of course I was the biggest person on the mountain but I had so much fun and the thrill of doing it was amazing. Of course with my new weekend job, hiking doesn't happen as often as it used to (once a week) so I eat. A lot.

This isn't part of a New Year's Resolution because I don't want to end up letting myself down at the littlest weight gain. I want to do this the right way and I want to stick with it but I need some guidance.

If anyone wants to add or message me, I would love that. I need a kick in the butt sometimes and would love to talk to people about any weight loss issues I'm having, or visa versa :)
