Hi, everyone! I am not new, but I haven't been very consistent with my weight loss attempts. I am here now, though, and have decided this is my time to actually accomplish what I want. I have about 130 pounds to lose, which is a bit of an overwhelming number to me. Eating right can be a struggle for me at times, I have a hard time with moderation. Exercise is something I am going to have to work on too, I just don't like the way it feels to move right now, lol. So, I have some challenges. Nothing insurmountable though!

A few friends would be great, support is hard to come by for me. I will admit, I am a bit shy and quiet on here. However, I am going to do my best to cheer you on and if you have any questions or just want to chat about successes, difficulties or anything else I am definitely willing!
