Here we go again

Hi Everyone,

So here I go again.

After quite a while of not logging pay much attention to my intake etc. I am back here, trying to get my life in order.
When I started about a year ago I weighed in at 225, I dropped to about 184 by May and then my weight has crept up a bit since then ( currently 198).
Some of this weight gain I have attributed to muscle gain (I have bulked up somewhat).
New Year, New Start? - Cutting back on all the things that lead to gaining weight: - Beer, Chips, and Bread.
New offensive also includes calorie counting, inatke monitoring/logging, daily cardio and continued strength training.

Here I go, wish me luck

    I have just joined hoping to lose about 2-3 stone and become healthier and happier.
