Can anyone recommend and skiing workout videos?
I'm looking for something about half an hour long, where i can do the excersises along with the instructor.
Hopefully something not too high impact as recovering from knee/ ankle injuries.
I've found the fitness blender one, but that seems to be the only 1 i can find. Surely there must be more out there?
