How do you log BL?

I've been doing the Original Biggest Loser DVD. One day cardio, the next is sculpting with some cardio I guess. Any idea's on how to log the strength training days? I have just been logging "basic" aerobic activity for the aerobic days, but can't seem to figure out how to log the strength training days.
