Great website, use it mostly on my iPhone and it works great. down 9lbs in 11 days already since watching the calorie intake. Running is a big help as I do quite a bit of it but after training and completing two marathons in the last month I found i wasn't losing weight (I wasn't gaining any either) until I tracked my calories, finally it's beginning to happen.

    Welcome! I found the same to be true: as much as I trained and exercised, I didn't lose weight until I began calorie tracking. Now I realize how many calories I was eating before, even though I was avoiding common "junk" foods. Best of luck.
