I've been really slacking and have gained 7 pounds in the last year ... it has been a goofy year and I'm ready for things to get back to 'normal' and put some of my energy back into my health and weightloss. Oh yeah... I am still here :bigsmile: Still posting the Daily Check In on Sunday's. I've gained\loss the same 2-3 lbs all summer but that is not a bad thing because I haven't been on my best behavior - drinking, eating nachos, cookouts, etc... and not tracking. Doing okay going to the Y 2-3 weeks. Next week my daughter goes back to school so I will start my daily lunchtime workout like I was doing before and eating better. I have about 20 more to go. :noway: Honestly if it wasn't for this site and the Y I would have 50 to go so I think I am doing okay :laugh:
