Exercise bike + weight lifting question

Hi all
I have a question regarding my exercise plan. I am currently using a stationary bike 6 days a week. I also do weight lifting every day that I bike, alternating between upper body and lower body every other day.
My question is, am I working out my legs too much without giving them a chance to recover? I have noticed that on my upper body days my legs feel pretty dead (from the lower body workout the day before).
I'm trying to lose weight while retaining as much muscle mass as possible. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I'd not do strength on biking days. So, bike three days, then do two full body days, perhaps.0
