Man in need of diet advice for body fat loss and definition

Hi all,

So, my stats are as follows:

Weight: 15.07 stone / 211 pounds / 95.7 kg
Body Fat: 21.3%
Height: 5 foot 11 inches / 180cm

I am looking to reduce body fat and weight but also get definition.

I work out 3 times a week; resistance x2 then HIIT.

What should I be eating (ie. cals/fat/protein)?

I have been told my calorie intake should be 2,800 but how the h3ll am I going to lose weight eating that much!!!
