I've been a member for a while but not posted. Anyway as of tomorrow morning I am about to start a paleolithic diet and intense work out regime so I figured it's about time I said hello!

I will be working out 3 times a week with a trainer and then on days I don't train with him, I will be doing a core workout.

Look forward to getting to know people

    Thank you! I just got up at 5,30 am and did my first work out! It was hard work but I did it and at no point did I give up or stop! That was my main aim - not to flake no matter how hard it got!
