Using the TDEE method and C/F/P ratios

So I've started using the TDEE method and it's only been about 2 weeks. I set myself at 2300 calories and my protien is at 45%, fat 25% and carbs 30%. I'm looking to for weight loss. On the TDEE method do you pay attention to these ratios or just as long as you hit your calorie intake your fine. I'm finding myself most days actually hitting carbs around 40%, protein around 35%, and usually hit 25% with protein everyday. I need some advice please! Again I'm looking for weight loss.

I find I do well on 45%Fat/ 25%Protein/ 30%Carbs...when I'm tracking. I seem to do those ratios pretty naturally, though. Find what works for you.0 -
TDEE doesn't really have anything to do with macros, it is just a maintenance calorie level. You can do it any way you want.
Many people recommend setting macros by gram rather than as a percentage. For a good recommendation of macro setting, see here:
