Hi guys every time it's a workout day I do fine. But I work early hours of morning cooking for staff. Lots of bacon and fries etc. I end up crashing on these. Especially on workout days. So any advice to help this and how much cals roughly would I burn on 5x5?

How much you burn on a 5x5 will depend on your effort, body size, etc. I estimate I burn between 350 - 450 calories in the hour it takes me to do a 5x5 at 5 reps with 2 minute rests. Again, this is just an estimate.
The only way I know to avoid binging is to ensure I've eaten before I am in a trigger. Make sure you get a good, high fat meal after your workout (before you go into the kitchen).
Additionally, consider having a healthy snack (for me that would be high fat, low carb) on hand to chow on if you get hungry while at work. Another thing to consider is what your overall goal is (fat loss), write it down and put it near where your working so it is there to constantly remind you what you're after (same premise as putting your diet goal on the refrigerator door at home to prevent unhealthy snacking).0
