5'2 (and a half). My start weight was 156, down to 141 in the past 4 months. My initial "first goal" is 130 because I know I feel pretty good at that. End goal is around 120. Small steps. Most of my weight is in my boobs and waist and I'm finding it disappointing that my waist loses so slooooowly and my boobs haven't deflated at all.0

I'm 5'2", 128 lbs (down from a high of 142 in June) and 52 years old. I want to get under 120, preferably 115. I'll re-evaluate then. I used to weight 108 before menopause at 43. I'm lifting weights with a fitness goal of being able to do chin-ups (ha!) so I'm not sure what my final weight will be.0

I'm 5'2 (small asian frame) at 111 lbs, determine to get to 103 by Nov 1 (time frame is for a bet). Basically, 1lb a week and maintaining after that. Looking for friends eating between 1100- 1200 cals to share their food tracking journals with for encouragement and motivation! Im 4"11. I started at 86kg. I'm now down to 69.9kg. Anything Is an achievable weight goal regardless of height. Just remember the to remove all sweets from the house, do your food shopping whilst chewing gum & have one cheat day a week but take it easy. Well they are my methods anyway lol.0
