The Stomach!

Hi all
So I'm feeling pretty good with my fitness and my food diary but I'm noticing as parts of me are losing weight there is still the issue of The Stomach!!
I'm finding it quite hard to shift it with crunches and yoga - maybe I don't do enough??... anyone have any recommendations on specific types of exercises I could focus on for shifting the pouch bit? The rest of that area is fine, it's my wee pouch I'd like to see tone up a bit!!

leg liftts! mine is taking its sweet time to go away too..0

I started using a neoprene belt during my regular workouts, not only did I notice a difference within a week (I work out 5-6 days) but so did other's around me.

Thank you muchly!! I'll give the leg lifts a go, and as for the belt - might look into that too. This stomach is going one way or another!!! x0
