Need more motivation

I need more motivation. While I have stayed on track and have been doing this for a while now, never hurts to have someone remind me to keep going. I count the calories, and do the workouts. I am happy with how far I've come. I am also afraid of slipping back into old habits :) Any cheerleaders out there?

    I can cheerlead. :). Just recently met my goal but now the hard part comes of not putting it all back on. Add me is you wish, I log almost every day.
