Hello,
I started on a mission to loose weight the day after Thanksgiving. At that time, I weighed in at 275. I started with the Advocare 24 day challenge and was able to loose about 25 pounds on this. After that was complete I took a couple days off before starting up again.

I am now just trying to eat much healthier and by doing so, I am finding I struggle to reach even 1200 Calories a day on some days. I am never left feeling hungry and in fact I frequently have to force myself to eat. I drink about 1.5 gallons of water per day.

I am taking Probiotics in the morning along with Hydroxycut SX-7 for Breakfast and lunch. I am taking an Omegaplex (Fish oil) with lunch and dinner.

I also just started working out a week ago. I am doing 30 minutes of Cardio and 30 minutes of weights for 2 days, then I am taking 1 day off. Before and During my workouts, I am drinking Blox (silk amino acids)

With all of this, I am dropping about 1/4 per day on average.

Anyway, just wanted to drop in and say hi. I am sure I am going to get some comments about the supplements, but they help to motivate me and remind me to eat healthier. My goals are of course to loose weight and add muscle mass.
