Need to stop over eating

686 calories over today , was 632 over yesterdayy :( cant keep eating like this , but everytime i think about eating less and healthy i get really hurngy and want chocolate , ant tips to get passd this x

    I work Mon - Fri so I plan out my breakfasts and lunches in advance (just the night before!) so that I know how many calories I'll use up. What I then tend to do is buy myself a bar of chocolate and ration out bits here and there just to keep me happy. That and hot chocolate seems to help me.

    Also porridge is really good for breakfast because it's low in calories but really fills you up so you have more calories in a day.

    And fruit is always a good thing to snack on when hungry - then even if you go over on calories it won't be as much. I sometimes go 100 or so over on mine and to begin with I did feel bad but without those extra calories on that particular day I know I wouldn't have had the energy to function.
