30 day shred question

Options
Do any of you that do this program take a weekly day off? It says to do it 30 days straight but I know that one day off a week is good for your body. What do you guys think?

    I think it roughly 27 minutes a day...I don't think you need a day off...the strength training isn't that intense

    I do this along with an hour of running.

    I do take a day off, I also run and do other stuff on my day off I walk. :D
