FSU definitely had to prove it in the second half -- and they did. After the Auburn defense crushed FSU in the first half, anything less than a championship-level effort by FSU would have been insufficient. Clearly, it was the toughest game FSU had to play all year, and it took them a while to adjust to a real opponent, but they did adjust and pulled it out at the end.0

WOO! WE ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! HAPPIEST MOMENT OF MINE IN YEARS!
Now I probably have to make good on all of those promises to God... ugh
Better pay up quickly. I understand that the penalty for late payments is truly hellish! LOL0 -

Some factors for consideration:
1) She was sober
2) She wasn't drugged
3) A third party was there and even in the room
4) She was conscious and stating to the third party she wanted to have sex (this means consent) before and during the act
5) Had previously had sexual relations with him (which doesn't really matter since she was consenting and of right mind during the time in question, but adds to the defendant)
6) She maintained communication with him after the date in question and showed no change in her interactions with him in person or social media (she maintained her social media accounts with his photos on it as well btw)
There's a lot more facts as well that I can call upon, but these are more than enough to prove his innocence which the state prosecutor acknowledged. This is akin to the Duke case where innocent people had their names smeared and permanently tarnished because of misrepresentation in the media and people in the public making judgments with only 3% of the facts. ESPN was the worst offender in this instance and seriously discredited their reputation by the tabloid show they ran this year.0 -
